Terms of use
A clear agreement, in plain language.
These terms explain how Hamrah may be used, what the platform does and does not provide, and the responsibilities that come with an account. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Using Hamrah
Hamrah is a platform that helps people in Pakistan find and book appointments with independent mental-health professionals. We are not a medical provider, hospital, emergency service or crisis line. The clinician you choose is responsible for the care they provide.
You must be at least 18, or use the service with a parent or guardian where the clinician agrees. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Use a strong password, do not share your account, and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account to protect patients, clinicians or the service.
Appointments, fees and cancellations
The doctor sets the consultation fee and availability. The fee, format, time and cancellation policy are shown before you confirm. A booking is not confirmed until the platform records it as confirmed. Payment processing may be handled by a third party.
If you cancel or reschedule, the policy attached to the appointment applies. Any eligible refund is returned through the original payment method. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book.
Clinical care and content
Information on Hamrah, including resources, is educational and does not replace assessment by a qualified clinician. A clinician decides what care is appropriate. You may ask questions, seek a second opinion or decline a recommendation.
The platform's content, design and software belong to Hamrah or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, resell or misrepresent the service.
Acceptable use and third parties
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass another person, upload malicious content or impersonate someone. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy practices apply to them.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without limiting rights that cannot legally be limited. Questions can be sent to support@hamrah.health.
