How it works

A clear path, at your pace.

From the first search to your first session, here is what to expect — and what you can decide at each step.

Four calm steps

You can stop at any point. Browsing is public; your details are only needed when you book.

  1. 01

Describe what you need — or skip it

Use a concern card or search directly. You do not need a diagnosis or the perfect words to start.

  2. 02

    Compare verified professionals

Filter by specialty, language, gender, format, city and fee. Every profile shows credentials, experience and consultation fee.

  3. 03

    Choose a real time

Open the doctor's availability, pick online or in person, and select a slot. The time shown is in Pakistan Standard Time.

  4. 04

    Confirm and prepare

Sign in, review the fee and consent, then confirm. Your appointment appears in your patient portal with any reminders.

What you need for a session

A private space

For online sessions, choose somewhere you can speak freely. Headphones can help.

A little time

Keep a few minutes before and after. You do not need to prepare a speech.

One thing to share

Note one feeling, situation or question you would like help with. It can be small.

Privacy at every step

Your reason for booking is not shown on public pages. Notifications can use discreet wording, and clinical information is limited to the care relationship and authorized staff. You can ask a clinician how they store notes and who can see them.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, the policy attached to your appointment is shown before you confirm. If something does not feel right, contact support before the session.

Common questions

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Doctor profiles, availability and resources are public. You sign in only when you book or manage an appointment.

What is the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist?

Psychologists usually provide assessment and talking therapy. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who can also assess medication needs. The right choice depends on your situation; you can ask during a first session.

Is Hamrah suitable for emergencies?

No. Hamrah is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line now.

Start with a look around

No forms, no account, no pressure. See who is available and what a session costs.
