Services

Different ways to feel supported.

Hamrah connects you with psychologists and psychiatrists for talking therapy, psychiatric assessment and focused support. The right plan is decided with your clinician.

Support for different seasons of life

These are areas of focus, not diagnoses. A clinician will help you understand what is happening and what may help.

Stress and burnout

Support for sustained pressure at work, study or home, and for the exhaustion that follows.

Anxiety and panic

Talking therapy and psychiatric assessment for worry, panic, avoidance and a body that will not settle.

Low mood and depression

A careful assessment of mood, sleep, energy and safety, with a plan that fits your needs.

Relationships and family

Space to understand conflict, communication, separation and the impact of family expectations.

Grief and loss

Support after a death, separation or major change, without a timetable for moving on.

Sleep and daily routines

Help with restless nights, racing thoughts and routines that have stopped working.

Psychologist or psychiatrist?

A clinical or counselling psychologist usually offers talking therapy and psychological assessment. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can assess whether medication is appropriate, prescribe it when needed, and provide medical follow-up. Many people see both at different times, with consent.

If you are unsure, start with a psychologist or use the doctor profiles to compare. You can also contact us and we will point you to the relevant specialty without asking you to share clinical details.

Online or in person

Online sessions can make care easier to reach, especially when travel, privacy or time is difficult. In-person sessions may suit people who prefer a dedicated room or need an examination. Each doctor's profile shows the formats they offer.
